We offer competitive premiums and coverage to charter boat operators and hunting/fishing guides who use boats as part of their overall operations. For hunting/fishing guides it depends on the actual usage whether liability is secured as part of their commercial general liability coverage or on a separate charter boat policy. If you solely offer a charter boat service and no other service such as wade fishing or hunting, then complete one or both of the applications for a quotation. If you are unsure whether you should complete an application, please call me to discuss. It is possible that a guide/outfitter operation will actually need two policies to correctly insure their liability exposures.
