Special Event Liability

Our Special Event general liability coverage and rates have been restructured to provide a more responsive quotation as well as competitive premiums. The Philadelphia Insurance Company has worked with me to extend their Special Event Program to include types of risks that their underwriting department was not use to seeing as well as rating but are special events that I underwrite as a norm along with the Guide/Outfitter, Rod and Gun Club, and hunting Club risks in which I specialize.
I can provide liability coverage for 1 day to multiple day events such as booth space at a sports show to big game hunts. Most events are eligible but like most liability programs there are risks that we can not entertain. The application can be completed and sent to me for my underwriting decision and premium quote or you can give me a call to confirm first that I can quote the event. Most of the time, we can provide same day quotations and even bind coverage. I do prefer that I have 3-5 business days for which to underwrite and provide a written quotation from which I can bind coverage.
