There are very few insurance companies that will provide commercial general liability coverage for these operations and even fewer that insure adventure guides/companies involved in activities such as whitewater rafting, rock or ice climbing, mountain biking, rappelling, sea kayaking, and ATV tours, etc. I currently represent directly two major insurance companies as well as other insurers on a brokerage basis.

If you cannot scan and email, you can fax or send by regular mail and once received, if I need anything additional, I will email or call the contact person listed. If any questions before or while completing the application(s), send an email or give me a call. I prefer 10 days to two weeks to work on an application, but I can also expedite if there is a critical need for a quotation. If there is direct property coverage being quoted, it is difficult to provide in less than the 10 day to two weeks time frame.
